The Cyclones' matchup with Elgin Community College was a quick 9-0 victory, allowing a few players some extra time on the court.

The Spartans did not field a complete team, which afforded Coach Breanna Vollan the freedom to rest the top of her lineup and give some other players more competition. Milca Barrera at No. 1 singles won 8-3, Olivia Preston won 8-0 at No. 2 and Ban Alobaidi won 8-1 at No. 3. Serene Itani and Barrera took an 8-0 victory at No. 1 doubles.
