Title: Assistant Coach

Erin Drynan joined the Cyclones as an assistant coach for the 2020-21 season. A Moraine Valley alumna (2015-17), she helped her team claim a region championship and compete at nationals in 2017. After the 2016-17 season, she was ranked No. 1 in blocks (169), and No. 2 in rebounds per game (15.5) and total rebounds (496). She recorded 27 rebounds in one game for a career and college record. She was named All-Region Tournament MVP. Drynan was ranked No. 1 in the NJCAA Division II throughout 2015-16 for blocked shots (192), which initially crushed the school record set by Nariman Jaber in 2014 (134). After Moraine Valley, Drynan continued her academic and basketball career at Georgia College and State University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in exercise science with a minor in physical education.
