Javier Roman joined the Cyclone men’s soccer coaching staff as an assistant in the 2021-22 season. He previously was an assistant coach at Morton College for 14 years. He is very involved with soccer throughout the Chicagoland area and also is the Cyclone women's soccer head coach.
