The Cyclones earned their first win of the season in dramatic fashion in the final minutes of their home opener against Bryant and Stratton College.

With both teams battling from the start, it took nearly the entire first half before either scored. The Cyclones came up first with an unassisted goal from Jacob Lesnikowski to take a lead going into halftime. The Bobcats came charging back in the second half, however, collecting two quick goals to lead 2-1. With time running out, and 10 minutes left on the clock, Lesnikowski scored again to tie things up. Three minutes later, Peter Baffoe-Blankson hit a rocket from 35 yards out to slice past the keeper for the game winner in his first college goal.
