In their second game of the season, the Cyclones grabbed another victory, this time a 2-1 win over the visiting Madison College WolfPack.

The Cyclones scored first after 22 minutes of play with an unassisted goal from freshman Emmanuel Calixto. Deeper into the second half, freshman Jamal Morad got the second unassisted goal to get his team ahead 2-0. However, the WolfPack battled back a few minutes later to score one, but that left four minutes in the game and a win for Moraine Valley.

Freshman goalkeeper Jose Flores made his debut with the Cyclones, saving three in the win.
