In their second Skyway Conference match of the season, the Cyclones were able to hold on to a win, going 4-2 over the College of Lake County Lancers.
It's taken a few games, but Moraine Valley is finding its flow on the field with all the newcomers. In this latest victory, three freshmen found the net. Yamir Gallegos struck first before the Lancers scored an own goal after a final touch from Gallegos. Jesus Gael Hernandez and Yael Diaz netted the final two. Gallegos also had two assists in this victory.
