Wild season continues in 5-1 win

Wild season continues in 5-1 win

You know it's a wild season when your goalkeeper is scoring. In the Cyclones' latest victory, keeper Andruw Martinez netted four of the team's goals in their 5-1 win over Elgin Community College.

Before the scoring barrage, a mishap five minutes in caused an injury to Cyclone Mateusz Bula that paused the game for 20 minutes. That left Moraine Valley with 11 players and no subs on the bench, but it didn't matter as they were able to get around the Spartans.

Martinez scored the first goal easily with an assist from Declan Kelly. Marco Calixto added the second with help from Kelly again. Then it was all Martinez. He scored off a penalty kick, scored unassisted and had one more assist from Alan Arriaga.
