
The Cyclones hitting woes continued in a doubleheader loss to Joliet Junior College.
GAME ONE
The Cyclones were stunted at the plate in this first 4-0 loss, with Xavier Aguilar getting the lone hit. Caston Norris got on twice from walks and collected a stolen base.
GAME TWO
The Cyclones started some offense in the sixth inning of the second game when Andrew Phelan (2-for-3) doubled and was driven home off the bat of Mateo Velazquez (1-for-1). Nicholas Haran was walked to get two Cyclones on base, but Norris popped out to end the inning. Aguilar and Alejandro Munoz also had hits in this 6-1 loss. On the hump, Zachary Koschnitzki struck out five and walked three over six innings.
