Although the Cyclones were in both games with Milwaukee Area Technical College they came up just short in the doubleheader loss.
GAME ONE
The Stormers got off to a quick start in the first inning on a cold and windy day, scoring four runs. However, the Cyclones countered with three more runs in the next two innings thanks to some well-placed hits from Andrew Phelan (2-for-4, RBI), Alejandro Munoz (3-for-4, 2B), Troy Vosburgh (1-for-3) and Ryder Johnson (1-for-3, RBI).
Down 8-4 going into the bottom of the fifth, the Cyclones attempted to rally the next two innings but came up just short in the 8-6 loss.
GAME TWO
The Cyclone bats were a little quiet this game as they fell to the Stormers 3-0.
Although the Cyclones were able to hold the Stormers to just five hits, they weren't able to counter with any of their own runs.
