Facing a nationally ranked Iowa Central Community College team, the Cyclones had their work cut out for them. They lost both games in the doubleheader at home.

Starting righthander Daniel Rosado allowed four hits and five runs over five innings.

GAME 2
The second game started on a more level playing field. Although the Tritons took a lead off a two-run homerun in the second inning and tacked on three more in the third, Bullock went yard with his own two-run homerun to put the Cyclones on the board, 5-2 in the third. However, a six-run seventh inning hurt the Cyclones in the eventual 15-3 loss.
