Jaelyn Donald was hired as the volleyball head coach in spring 2025. This Cyclone alumna competed for her alma mater in the 2021 and 2022 seasons, helping her 2022 team win an Illinois Skyway Collegiate Conference and NJCAA Region 4 championship before competing in the national tournament, where the team finished 13th overall. That same season, Donald earned nods to the All-Conference second team. Her freshman year, Donald earned All-Conference second team and All-Region honors.

After receiving an associate degree at Moraine Valley, Donald transferred to Indiana University Northwest, where she continued her education and volleyball career. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in general studies. In addition to coaching, Donald is the assistant director at Dancin’ Around Dance Studio.
