Starting the second day of competition, the Cyclones battled through five sets with Lincoln Land Community College but came up on the short end of the stick.

In the first two sets, Moraine Valley came out swinging, being especially dominant in the second (26-24, 25-13). However, they lost steam and couldn't put the ball away, losing the last three sets in close matchups (22-25, 21-25, 16-18).

Brooklyn Condon and Kaila Butvilas each had 13 kills and 23 digs while Ava Theoharis collected 26 digs. Ava Porada added 34 assists, 18 digs and nine kills.
