In their second to last regular season conference game, the Cyclones were ready to face conference leaders, College of Lake County. Despite a couple of strong quarters, they fell to the Lancers 91-73.

It was an on night for the Lancers, who made plenty of consistent shots. The Cyclones struggled in the second quarter, adding just nine points to their 14 from the first quarter, trailing the Lancers 41-23 at halftime. Throughout the third quarter, Moraine Valley found their flow, outscoring Lake County 21-17. They even surged to 29 points in the final 10 minutes but couldn't match the 33 made by the Lancers.

Shakila Brownlow led with 21 points and seven rebounds. Jadea Johnson added 19 points while Olivia Baxa collected 12, all on three pointers.
