The Cyclones faced a solid defensive team and battled through a 68-54 loss to Prairie State College.

Only two Cyclones scored double digits this game, constantly running into the pressing Pioneers. A rough second quarter saw the Cyclones down 30-22. The fourth quarter was the only time Moraine Valley outscored the Pioneers, but it wasn't enough to make up for the deficit.

Jadea Johnson led with 28 points and 11 rebounds while Shakila Brownlow added 14 points and five steals.
