It was a rough night for the Cyclones as they fell to College of DuPage 86-76.

Moraine Valley didn't go down without a fight, jumping to an 8-2 lead to start the game. However, an 11-0 run by the Chaparrals put a dent in the momentum. The Cyclones regained a brief lead thanks to a three-pointer from Shakila Brownlow, but DuPage scrapped back. By halftime, the Cyclones were down 44-31. Although they attempted to make a comeback, it wasn't enough to overtake the lead built by the Chaparrals.

Brownlow led with a career-high 28 points, going 5-for-9 from the three-point line. Jadea Johnson added 18 points and a team-high 10 rebounds and six steals.
