The Cyclones continued their opening season weekend facing Lincoln Land Community College at the Parkland Tournament.

Although Moraine Valley lost this matchup 75-51, they played a much more well-rounded game with contributions coming from a few different players. Deniza Fuentes led the scoring effort with 22 points, going 5-for-9 from the three-point line. Robin Stevenson collected 10 points. Andrea Robertson grabbed 10 rebounds and added seven points and six blocks.
