Tough battle with Trojans

The Cyclones had their work cut out for them in a battle with Triton College. Despite some attempted comebacks, the Cyclones fell 86-66.

Moraine Valley was down 32-17 after the first quarter but pulled together in the second quarter to get within eight thanks to an offensive push from Cameron, Aubree Schultz, Mary Chronopoulou and rebounding from Autumn Jones. Cameron sunk a final three 20 seconds before halftime to see her team trail 50-39.

The Cyclones started strong in the second half with a scoring punch from Cameron and Schultz, however the Trojans battled back. Turnovers in the fourth quarter were the thorn in the Cyclones' side.
