Slow start leads to dominating win

After a slow start, the Cyclones were able to take a big 74-43 victory over Wright College.

The sluggish start was attributed to a few turnovers that allowed the Rams to go on an 11-3 run. However, the Cyclones slowly rebounded and took a 35-29 lead at halftime.

Moraine Valley came out in the second half with an 8-0 run and never looked back as they jumped ahead 43-29. The lead held steady by at least 20 points for the rest of the game.

Reagan Cameron led the effort with 27 points and five assists. Aubree Schultz added 19 points and three assists while Jayla Lamb led the team with 16 rebounds and chipped in seven points and three blocks. Andrea Robertson finished with 10 rebounds and three blocks.
