Cyclones find offense at Triton tourney

The Cyclones started Triton College's Dan Hull Memorial Classic with a solid 67-56 victory over Concordia University JV.

Moraine Valley started early with its best offensive energy of the season so far. After the first quarter, they led 21-12. The lead eventually ballooned to 17 points in the third quarter and was 53-38 entering the fourth quarter. Concordia clamored back, however, getting within nine, but the Cyclones powered through and held them off for the ultimate win.

Kirsten Kamholz led the offense again with 14 points and five rebounds, and Taniyah Henry added 11 points.
