A dominating 70-39 victory over Elgin Community College gave the Cyclones their 20th win of the season.

This Cyclone squad was conjuring habits of the 2018-19 team that always dominated third quarters. Although they jumped to a 13-0 lead at the start of the game thanks to three 3-pointers from Kirsten Kamholz, the Cyclones saw a comeback from the Spartans. Elgin didn't just sit back in the second quarter, and held the Cyclones to seven points. It was in the third where Moraine Valley went 23-4 to really stretch the lead and put away the game.

Kamholz (eight rebounds) and Chelsea Cross each led the offense with 20 points. Marty Reeves added 13 points, eight assists and five rebounds. Nicole Poole controlled the middle with 13 rebounds and five blocks.
