Offense on fire

The Cyclone offense continued its tear with an 85-48 rout of College of DuPage.

For the first six minutes of the game, the Cyclones kept the Chaparrals scoreless while building a 16-point lead. The second quarter saw a string of threes by Natalia Trejo (4-for-8) to stretch the lead to 35 by halftime. While the Chaparrals gained some ground in the second half, the Cyclones had built such a lead that they glided to the victory despite only scoring 32 points. Trejo finished with 14 points and five assists followed by Erin Greenfield (12 points) and Kirsten Kamholz (10 points, four steals). Jasmia Edmond led with 10 rebounds.
