Offense quiet in final home games

In their final home games of the season, the Cyclones faced South Suburban College for the second time in eight days, losing the doubleheader.

GAME 1
The Cyclones lost 8-0 in the first outing, collecting just one hit as the Bulldogs shut down their offense. In the bottom of the fifth, Brialynn Mica (1-for-2) hit a line drive double to get on.

GAME 2
The nightcap played out similarly to the first with an 8-0 loss, however the Cyclones were able to get three hits in the effort.

In the bottom of the second, Marissa Walsh (1-for-2) got the first hit of the game with a hard single to center field. With two outs in the fourth, Mya Granados (1-for-2) lined a single to right field, and Rachel Minnich (1-for-2) bunted on in the fifth, but that was it for the Cyclones.
