The Cyclones had some big hits, but still dropped two to the big offensive power of Highland Community College.

GAME 1
The Cougars couldn't stop their hits and took this game in the first two innings. Moraine Valley added runs in the second, third and fifth innings, but not enough to comeback, losing 15-4. Arianna Andersen (1-for-2), Brianna Dvorak (1-for-2, 2 SB) each earned one RBI while Emily Madrigal (2-for-2) collected two. Emily Manso (1-for-2) also shot a triple in this game.

GAME 2
Manso was the big hitter in this game, crushing a homerun in the fourth inning. It was just a rough string of hits in the second inning for the Cougars that blew this game off for the Cyclones. Danielle Travis (1-for-3, 2B), Dvorak (1-for-3) and Haley Garza (1-for-2, 2B) each earned RBIs in their team's 13-4 loss.
