Even though the Cyclones were shut out, they put up a solid fight against a tough Rock Valley College squad.

GAME 1
The Cyclones held off the Golden Eagles' offense in all but two innings, but couldn't put any runs on the board in their 8-0 loss. Arianna Andersen had a single in the third inning while Alexandria Palumbo and Danielle Travis each had one hit in this game. Ashley Roberts took the loss, striking out one.

GAME 2
Kara Riordan was the only Cyclone to get a hit in the 5-0 loss with a single in the sixth inning. The Golden Eagles scored one in the first and four in the third, but the Cyclones held them after that. Palumbo, Abbie Wantroba, Emily Manso and Emily Madrigal each also had a walk. Emily Koprowski was the losing pitcher, surrendering five runs on eight hits.
