It's official. The Cyclones solidified their repeat as Illinois Skyway Collegiate Conference champions with a decisive sweep of conference rival Waubonsee Community College. Four Cyclones hit homeruns in the victories.

GAME 1
Momentum for the Cyclones started right off in Danielle Travis and Alexandria Palumbo's first at-bats when they each knocked one out of the park. Abbie Wantroba (3-fo-3) then went deep in the fifth inning. The Cyclones collected nine hits in the 7-2 victory. Abbie Koran won the pitching battle, giving up just two runs on four hits and striking out 10.

GAME 2
Emily Manso was the big hitter in this game, driving in six runs, including a two-run single in the first and a grand slam in the fifth inning. Travis hit her second homerun of the day and fourth in two days in the fifth inning as well. While the Chiefs had 10 hits, the Cyclones racked up 17. Emily Madrigal, Brianna Dvorak, Kaitlyn Dunagan, Travis, Wantroba, Manso and Palumbo each had multiple hits in the 14-3 win. Ashley Roberts earned the victory, allowing three runs and striking out two.
