The Cyclones were happy to play a shortened season this spring and recapture the Illinois Skyway Collegiate Conference co-championship after 13 years. They wish the best to three players moving on.

Fran Beggs was a force to be reckoned with at the plate. Although her first season was cut short by COVID-19 in 2020, she was able to demonstrate her hitting power this season and earn All-Conference second team honors. She is transferring to Illinois State University to pursue early childhood education.

Lex Leighton has been a two-year member of the team, contributing to both the infield and outfield when needed. She will transfer to a four-year university.

Zoe Supanich was the go-to catcher for the Cyclones this season while also showing some of her power with a bat in hand. She will transfer to a four-year university.
