The Cyclones found more power at the plate but couldn't capitalize on runs as they dropped two to the always tough Kankakee Community College Cavaliers.

Kara Riordan, Danielle Travis, Emily Gorski, Abbie Wantroba (2B) and Alexandria Palumbo each had a hit in this game with Palumbo earning the lone RBI in their 12-1 loss. Kankakee hit consistently through four innings.

In the second game, the Cyclones scored first before the Cavaliers offense lit up. Riordan had a solid outing at the plate, going 3-for-3 with a double. Travis and Zoe Supanich earned the other hits in the 9-1 loss.
