Cyclones lose steam in second half

The Cyclones started out strong against the always tough Danville Area Community College, but lost some steam in the second half, falling 84-66.

Both teams battled in the first half with the Cyclones leading 42-37 at halftime. It was the second half where Moraine Valley was stunted by the Jaguars' defense, holding them to just 24 points.

TJ Lee led with 11 points followed by Jelani McGregor, Malachi Haythorne and Yousef Jarad each collected 10 points. Deven Jiles was key under the basket with 10 rebounds to lead the team.
