The Cyclones earned their first win of the season over Illinois Valley Community College, 97-71.

Right from the start, the Cyclones had control of this game, taking a commanding lead. By the end of the first half, they were up 50-28. They continued that momentum into the second half, holding back the Eagles and taking home their first victory.

Deven Jiles led with 16 points and 10 rebounds followed by Jelani McGregor with 15. TJ Lee and Amarion Johnson each collected 12 points.
