The Cyclones faced a tough foe in the nationally ranked Milwaukee Area Technical College. Although they hung in there, the Cyclones lost 112-89 to the Stormers.

Jumping out of the gate, the Cyclones built a lead, going up midway through the first half 24-22. However, the Stormers charged back leaving the Cyclones down 51-44 at the half. Even though the Cyclones stayed consistent and strong in the second half of the game, they couldn't overcome their talented opponents.

Moraine Valley went 80% from the free-throw line. Kobe Adams led the offense with 24 points. Taijon Barry added 14 points and grabbed five rebounds. Trace Williams contributed 13 points and Anthony Taylor had 11.
