Ten in a row

Ten in a row

In their 10th consecutive victory, the Cyclones needed the second half to find their stride and take a 90-59 win over College of DuPage.

The Cyclones were slower from the start, but still led by eight at halftime (36-28). It wasn't until the 15-minute mark of the second half when they figured out where to attack the Chaparral's defense. Once the Cyclones racked up more points they were able to pick up the defense and speed up the game, which is their style. Dontia Johnson led the offense with 20 points. Ryan Saunders (16 points, eight rebounds), Jalen Hughes (15 points, nine assists), Christopher Harrison (12 points) and Trevon Jones (nine points, eight rebounds) contributed.
