It took another full-team effort to tackle Elmhurst College JV, but the Cyclones came away with a hefty 94-63 win.

Despite the 31-point victory, it wasn't a blowout until the end. The Cyclones built an early 15-point lead, but Elmhurst cut it to 10 by halftime. Throughout the second half, Moraine Valley was able to stay ahead with help from some bench players, including Zion Fortune (17 points, six rebounds, three blocks). Ahead by only eight with 12 minutes to go, the Cyclones made the right moves to gain even more ground. Jalen Hughes led with 20 points and nine assists. Ryan Saunders (19 points, six rebounds, three steals), Trevon Jones (13 points, six rebounds, three blocks) and Dontia Johnson (10 points) also contributed.
