Strong run at Bradley Pink Classic

Running a smaller squad, the Cyclones put in a strong performance at the Bradley Pink Classic in Peoria.

Only four women ran in order to avoid addition injuries, so they couldn't score as a team. They still put in a good performance with Victoria Granz (26:36, 66th) crossing the line first for her team. Coming in after her was Adali Haro (28:16, 80th), Madison Krisch (29:20, 87th) and Nicole Pannitto (29:46, 92nd).

"We've been banged up all season, and I wanted to give people the chance to rest a little more before the championship race next weekend," said Head Coach Dimitri Dimizas. "This was their last 6K of the year, and even though there weren't many PR's, I was still happy with what I saw. They competed well and pushed to the end. Now we have one week to get everyone together and see what we can do next Saturday."
