The Cyclones continued their quest for another region championship in the NJCAA Region 4 semifinals at Madison College against conference rival Morton College. Moraine Valley handily won 3-0.

Although not a flawless victory, the Cyclones only needed three sets (25-15, 26-24, 25-20) to move on to the Region 4 District A finals. Brooklyn Condon led with 19 digs and 14 kills while Lily Avelar added 14 digs and Sophia Davidson added 13. Ava Pequette contributed 34 assists and 10 digs. Mary Zielinski contributed 11 kills, but left the game early from injury.

The Cyclones next face Sauk Valley Community College tomorrow in the Region 4 District A championship at noon. This will determine who competes at nationals.
