The Cyclones opened their season at home with a 9-0 sweep of College of Lake County.

With half the team competing in their first college match, they largely made quick work of the Lancers. Allyson English had a couple close sets at No. 3 singles and at No. 1 doubles, Izzy Slezakova and Victoria Maratea went into a tiebreaker to get the win. Several players earned some bagels as well.
