The Cyclones grabbed their first team victory, going 8-1 over Milwaukee Area Technical College.

After they lost to McHenry two days earlier, Head Coach Mike Giordano gave his team a pep talk. The Cyclones weren't happy with how they performed, and they elevated their next practice before facing the Stormers. That extra focus yielded the results they were looking for.
