In their one-off rescheduled game with Prairie State College, the Cyclones narrowly lost 4-3 at home.

The Cyclones scored all their runs in their first at-bat starting with a single from Megan McClelland (2-for-3). Emma Hansen then got on with a hard grounder bobbled by the infield. Mya Granados (1-for-3, RBI) came up next with an RBI single, and Brialynn Mica (1-for-2, 3B, RBI) followed with a sac fly to see her team lead 2-0.

The Pioneers tied the game in the third, and the next time the Cyclones earned a hit was in the top of the fifth with a single from McClelland. Mica added a two-out triple in the sixth, but the Cyclones couldn't score her. In the bottom of that inning, the Pioneers earned the winning runs from a string of hits.
