In their second Skyway Conference match, the Cyclones squeaked into third place thanks to their fifth golfer.

Through the wind and rain, the Cyclones hung close with College of Lake County and Waubonsee Community College. After the scores were tallied, it was ultimately discovered that the Cyclones were tied with Lake County. Going by the better score of the fifth golfer, Moraine Valley's Ryan Flynders had the edge, helping his team take third, a stroke behind Waubonsee.

Ben King led the team with an 83 followed by Dan Davila (85), Kyle Kuchel (87), Joey O'Brien (89) and Flynders (90).
