The Cyclones opened the season today at ThunderHawk Golf Club in Beach Park, IL. In their first conference match, they placed second overall.

This was a different, more challenging course where College of Lake County hosted the teams. The Cyclones scored 354, 30 strokes behind the host. Waubonsee Community College came in third place with 382 points.

"There were lots of nerves today, but we should give Lake County a run this year," said Head Coach Matt Lovelace.
