Heading into the region semifinals, the talented No. 1 seed Cyclone team was ready and eager to face the fourth-seeded Sandburg College Chargers. They fell short to end their run in the playoffs.

The Cyclones lost the matchup in three: 17-25, 18-25, 10-25. Throughout each match, the Chargers ran a quick offense that the Cyclones couldn't keep up with.
