Sometimes when the Cyclones face a Skyway Conference opponent, they don't know what to expect. They encountered a solid Morton College squad but were able to put the game away 3-1.

The Cyclones moved a little slower at the start of the first set, losing 22-25, but eventually picked up the pace and settled in, winning the last three 25-16, 25-16, 25-18. Abby Sarich led the way with 18 kills, 15 digs and three aces. Nicole Ramirez added 34 assists and seven kills. Jaelyn Donald finished with eight kills while Takiyah Clark had seven kills and six blocks.
