Kirsten Kamholz and Chelsea Cross continued their scoring barrage in a 74-53 rout of Elgin Community College.

Although the Spartans scored first, Cross got her team on the board with a three to start. She began the third quarter the same way and had a layup entering the fourth. She finished with 19 points. Kamholz led the offense with 22 points, and both players each sunk four 3-pointers for the night. Although the Cyclones lost some steam in the second quarter and saw a resurgence by Elgin (Cyclones up 30-24 at the half), they were able to regain momentum moving forward for the win. Nicole Poole just missed a double-double with 10 points and nine rebounds. Marty Reeves led with six assists.
