The Cyclones joined a cadre of two- and four-year colleges and universities at the Joliet Junior College Clash at the Creek, placing 12th out of 15 teams. Two Cyclones tied for fifth among the 79 participants.

In a bigger field than they're used to, the Cyclones held their own. Even with some faster greens, they were able to finish ahead of two universities. Joey Charleston and Rory Moran each ended the day with a 74, good enough to tie for fifth place. Tayler Schade (93) and Fionn Gormley (94) had a little more trouble today but should be able to bounce back.
