Cyclones tally seven hits in loss

The Cyclones had some offense in their latest matchup with South Suburban College, but needed more defense to stop the swinging Bulldogs.

South Suburban scored in their first at-bat, but the Cyclones were able to reclaim some of those runs in the bottom of the second and third innings. They collected seven hits total in the 15-6 loss.

Anthony Cappelletti led the offense, going 3-for-5 at the plate. Gavin Quinlan also had multiple hits this game. Daccarius Chapman started on the rubber, allowing seven runs and striking out one. Brandon Martinez and Jace McWilliams threw in relief.
