Two personal bests in Wisco

Two Cyclone runners ran personal bests at the Ken Weidt Cross Country Classic in Mequon, Wisconsin.

Natalia Wrobel and Olivia Wrobel worked off each other to have their best race so far this season, breaking their 6K PRs. Natalia finished in 35th place out of 86 runners in 25:59 while Olivia took 47th in 27:03.

"Overall, it was a nice first 6K for the season. The Wrobels PR'd, so we couldn't ask for a better beginning for them," said Head Coach Dimitri Dimizas. "It was Moraine Valley's first time at this meet/course, so no one really knew what to expect. The competition was nice and will hopefully give them all some confidence heading into Wheaton, where there will be many more runners than what they've faced so far this season."
