It's always a good show when rival Waubonsee Community College comes to town. They gave the Cyclones a good run, but ultimately Moraine Valley lost 3-1: 15-25, 21-25, 27-25, 21-25.
The middles had a good outing getting plenty of touches. However, it was a rough night in the pit with a few errors on poor ball reading.
Brianna Knezz continued to lead her team by racking up 27 kills and 21 digs. Nicole Ramirez contributed 33 assists and 21 digs while Amelia Bresnahan collected 25 digs.
