The Cyclones took a relatively quick 9-0 victory yesterday from Milwaukee Area Technical College.
At first singles, Brooke Zielke won easily (6-0, 6-0). Holding strong at No. 2, Jasmine Abunaim battled for the victory (6-1, 6-4). Serene Itani fought through a tiebreaker at third singles to earn the win (3-6, 6-3, 10-5). Fourth singles, Audrey Stocklen (6-2, 6-1) and the first duo Zielke and Abunaim (6-1, 6-0) as well as No. 2 doubles of Itani and Mary Stocklen (6-2, 6-1) solidified the finish.
