The Cyclones are still working through some growing pains in their latest matchup, falling 4-0 to College of Lake County.
This largely freshmen roster fought to hold off the Lancers, who scored two early in the first half. The Cyclones' defense, led by Aoife Finn and Sarah Hughes, kept them at bay until halftime. It took at least 15 minutes into the second half before the Lancers found the net again with the Cyclones working hard to get one in the net but falling short.
