In a tough battle on a rainy day, the Cyclones put all they had against South Suburban but came up just short in a 4-3 loss.
The Cyclones pushed hard in the first half, however, the Bulldogs scored twice. At halftime, Moraine Valley was down 2-0. The second half is where the Cyclones found their rhythm with Alyssa Froylan and Gabby Zieba finding the back of the net. The third one was an own goal by the Bulldogs, who scored twice more. Despite the loss, the Cyclones played at a high level in this game with solid defense and good pressure especially from Allison Schaar and Abby Palumbo.
