Winning is becoming old news for the Cyclones. They grabbed another victory tonight, taking down College of Lake County 73-56.
Taking an early lead has boosted this crew through most of their wins this season. The Cyclones were up 18-7 after the first quarter and never looked back. The lead reached 29 points in the third quarter before settling in with the 17-point spread. Ashley Hunter led with 20 points, five assists, six rebounds, three steals and a season high three blocks. Julia and Kate Ruzevich each added 17 points with Kate grabbing 13 rebounds. Elizabeth Coffey led in rebounds with 15.
